Abseits vom Strom
This project is inspired by Alec Soth’s photobook ‚Sleeping by the Mississippi‘. It’s about my relationship with the Rhine River, which has accompanied me since birth in Cologne. I remember having nightmares about the river and what it carries. ‚Abseits vom Strom‘ is an attempt to weave past and present together, illuminating dark dreams with new encounters, experiences and perspectives.
